My 14 year old daughter did these pages as part of some ‘all about me’ layouts she is doing. She is a self described obsessed Harry Potter fan.

'You Know You're Too Big of a Fan When' DD found on the internet.

Her journaling on the second page reads:

Harry Potter mania has swept the globe, and I am no exception. Yes, I admit that I am obsessed with the Harry Potter universe. I originally thought that Harry Potter was dumb. Everybody was reading it, I didn't need to. One couldn't be too sure about that kind of weird book, anyway. I ended up reading it because David started reading it, and I couldn't stand having David read anything that I hadn't read before. I loved it. I have read the fifth book (which is my favorite until the next one comes out)countless times. I have taken quizzes on which Harry Potter character you are most like (Hermione), which Harry Potter boy is most right for you (Ron), if you are truly an obsessed fan (yes), and several others. I check my favorite Harry Potter site, Mugglenet, every day (several times). I went as Hermione Granger once on Halloween (incidentally, that was the Halloween I got sick). I have analyzed every word that my favorite characters have ever said. I have recently written some Harry Potter Fanfiction. One of my very favorite memories is the time that Lauren, Courtney, Alexi and I went to see the movie Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban after the eighth grade formal. I'm sure that the entire audience still remembers ‘those noisy girls in the front row.’ Why do I like Harry Potter so much? I couldn't tell you. Maybe it's the detailed plots, the magic aura, the wonderful characters, or the tiny clues that J.K. Rowling embeds into her writing. I'm not sure. But I do know one thing–I love the magnificent, magical, quirky, wizardly world of Harry Potter.

Then she goes on to list her favorite quotes.

DD worked so hard on this layout. The pictures of the books, characters and the Dementor are from teh internet. The pictures of the characters she tore the edges and embossed with gold embossing powder. The Dementor she layered clear embossing powdered and embossed several times. The other two pictures were from a catalog. All the letters from the title she cut out and emossed and ran through the xyron. The rubons are MM. The scan cut off the author of the quote on the bottom of the second page.
Thanks so much for looking and for any comments you can send her way!!
