<p>i'm kind of a competitive person ;)&nbsp; so kevin and i used to smack talk a lot about who was the better pumpkin carver… the previous year my skills were kind of lacking so i talked a lot of talk about how i was going to rock the carving in 2008.&nbsp; i decided that my masterpiece would be an image of the stuffed meerkat that we love, named meer.&nbsp; so i drew him onto my pumpkin and i have to say a lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into getting meer carved on there.&nbsp; but the result was pretty good and looked cool all lit up.&nbsp; i definitely think that i won the pumpkin carving contest that year :)</p><p>the supplies are american crafts new halloween line… love the purple and blue they threw in there.&nbsp; i cut the pumpkins out of patterned paper to make my own little embellishments.</p><p>supplies:<br />american crafts paper, thickers, pen<br />basic grey buttons<br />hero arts jewels<br />fiskars corner rounder</p>
