<p>when i was in pasadena last month, i had to stop by the cupcake boutique called dots.&nbsp; while it was not my favorite cupcakes, the stores and the cupcakes themselves were very cute :)&nbsp; the decorations on the cupcakes were the real inspiration for this page, especially making little cupcakes out of patterned paper.&nbsp; i just punched some fun patterns and then stitched the swirls on with my sewing machine.&nbsp; the other cupcakes were made from punched cardstock with jewels on top.&nbsp; almost yummy enough to eat, right ;)</p><p>supplies:<br />american crafts patterned paper, stamps, thickers<br />fiskars punches<br />crate paper patterned paper<br />basic grey jewels</p>
