I think it is darling. when I first started stamping many years ago I thought people who used patterend paper were cheating, ha ha after I had spent so much time stamping the background. How funny, you were just the opposite, ha ha. Now, anything goes, ha ha. I think you did a great job. blessings.............D

Stamped Background; Just a Note

Decided to finally play with my SSS June stamp set. I've never had any desire to stamp a background because that's what patterned paper is for, lol! However that neon purple ink pad and embossing powder was calling to me so I decided to go for it. Turns out I am quiet a messy stamper, I ended up transferring ink from my block to the paper in way too many areas. I decided to keep working on it and covered up the worst offenders with the sentiment and the brads. Now I have to say I am happy with how it turned out. Not sure I will go through all the trouble again though.
The mint and aqua inks are from Heidi Swapp's collection at M's.
