I made this for dh's niece and her dh. Picture was taken at the hospital on the day the baby was leaving the hospital.

The letters were hand cut from chipboard using Gorilla font off the computer. I covered them in Bazzill White, then sanded the edges. The paper
in the background is Bazzill White, and the Pink is also Bazzill. I also hand cut the scalloped edge. I used a line and a circle punch with two little dots in the middle so I could have uniform scallops. I did the corners like that on
purpose because in my original plan, I was going to add hearts in the corners. I made the flower by tracing a folk heart on different patterned papers. I added them to the circle of patterned paper from the Slab 4 with the Xyron 150 sticker
maker. The center of the flower is Bazzill white and is a 1 in Bazzill Chip. I measured the dots out finally on my 4th circle so they would be uniform. The Heart and circle in the lower corner are also frompatterned paper. The heart
button is Pocket Scraps by Heidi Grace. The ribbon is Offray. All the patterned
paper is destressed on the edges. In between the scallops and for the flower center, I used my handy dandy stylus' and acrylic paint. That's the way to get perfect dots. A little time consuming, but so worth it.

The elements I chose have signifigance, not sure anyone noticed, but I'm sure they will at some point. I'll tell them someday. The circle flower has 7 hearts, 1 heart for every family member in Mike and Bern's family (Bern and each of the
kids (not counting Bella). The circle and hearts in the lower right corner are to signify Mike's heart, Bella's heart, and the circle around them is the never ending bond of love they share.

On the final layout, I added a black brad by the ric rak and straighted the ric rak so it wasn't crooked. The heart was hand drawn. Circles were either punched or cut with Making Memories circle cutter.

Thanks for looking.
