Background paper-Stampin Up (embellished with more stamped circles). The Rub-a-dub-dub is a stencil that I used Delta Texture Magic Dimensional paint on and scraped the extra off with a credit card. When dry, I chalked it with yellow and blue chalk and inked the edges with pink stamping ink.
