Hand made jewelry containing Frozen Charlotte dolls are very popular and I've wanted one for myself ever since I saw them on Etsy. So I decided to make this simple SVG cut file project for a brooch that features a small Frozen Charlotte doll. She was so angelic that I decided to make her an angle by giving her some wings.
The SVG cut file has two holes at the top for adding a chain. The brooch can be worn or just hung as decoration in a lovely Victorian or shabby chic room. Change the paper for a Halloween or Christmas project.
