This is LO 8 of 10 that I am doing of the Miley Cyrus concert in Milwaukee in October 2009. I got a lot of good photos at this concert, and my dd and I want them all scrapped. She suggested a LO per song, but we compromised. Simple Song was the last song in the show before the encore. I respectfully request that there be no Miley bashing here.

This is my example for my August Four Categories Challenge - Category One ~ Product: Flowers. Players must use 5 or more flowers on a LO. The twist is to use 2 or more styles of flower.

This is for the August Music Challenge - Title. I have the glitter twist - there are Stickles on some of the flowers.

Also for a VLB challenge to use a non-alpha die cut. I have a music staff and 2 treble clefs.

I outlined the photos with a black Sharpie to give them a crisp edge without matting, as I have done for all the LO's in this series. I cut the treble clefs with the Hannah Montana cart and the rest of the title with the Stone Script cart on my Cricut. I cut the music staff with a Sizzlets die in my Cuttlebug. The little black flowers are from Amanda (scrapanda). Thank you! Some were already glittered, and I added Stickles to the others.

An additional comment - I've had a lot of questions and comments about how I could possibly remember this show in such detail. I don't usually make such a meticulous matching up of photos I take at a concert to the set list, but this show was a special case. At any rate, it doesn't have to come straight from your memory. Your local media will have done reviews of the concerts in your area that can be found on the internet and that give the specifics of your particular show. Also, a tour of any significance probably has its own Wikipedia page that gives the dates, locations, set lists, details of the costumes and sets, opening acts, etc. It's not that hard - Google the artist, date, location of your show, and all the info will be there as well as high quality photos - if not from your exact show, from the tour. It's also great for shows where your seats are too far to get good shots, or where cameras are not allowed, or if you just don't want to be distracted by a camera while you're in the experience.
