Mason The Chef

Grandson wanted to cook lunch. He shopped & I wasn't allowed to see purchases or help cook. He made wonderful toasted Italian Sopressata with provolone cheese. He chopped, sauteed, roasted vegetables & made Tomato Bisque with cream in my blender. Good as any restaurant. Dessert-Angel food cupcakes. Filling: home made Lemon Curd, frosted with combo of Mascarpone Cheese & whipping cream! I can't believe he did this! Still smiling. My gang finished off dessert this a.m. & fell in love with his baking...still grinning!
