Here is the epic saga of the garter toss. Sadly, the photographers didn't get any good pictures of me throwing my bouquet. But, what happened was, my husband and I had chosen a raunchy KISS song to play when the guy who caught the garter put it on the girl who caught the bouquet, and we chose a tamer "back up" song if one of my teenage cousins caught the bouquet. As it turned out, my cousin did catch it! So, as I ran to tell the DJ to switch to the kid friendly song, my aunt and uncle commanded their son to catch the garter at all costs to make sure nobody touched their daughter. The larger image is my cousin (far right) diving out in front of everyone else to catch it!
This layout is the first instance of me using a stamp. It was a random housepainting stamp I had lying around, but it worked!
