Closeup of the altered buttons on the inside front cover, along with unaltered versions of the same buttons.

- Food buttons by Dress It Up/Jesse James. The popcorn button was altered using Teak Wall chalk ink by Prima and Tea Dye Stickles to transform it into Cracker Jack. The hot dog button was altered using Pine Needles Stickles (for relish), Frosted Lace Stickles (for onions), and yellow puffy paint (for mustard).
