Great page again. My parents are going through this same thing with the time it's taking to get their permit. They started the application process in April, and FINALLY just got it last week (we're now at the end of november). And of course with winter coming, the ground is now frozen so they can't start anything until the spring :( Oh well...
I love all of the little angled pictures at the bottom! You picked really pretty and fitting embellishments for this page too! I loved how you pulled everything together!

Journaling reads: Permit Box
Getting our permit was quite a journey. We had lots of obstacles on our way. The subcontractors took longer than expected to get their portions filled out, the building codes changed since our plans were made, and a few other things came up as well. BUT, finally on January 31, 2006 we got our permit. Peyton was more than happy to help daddy get the permit box erected. He shoved, dug, and stomped his fair share. He was so proud to stand beside daddy when it was up. He didn’t even seem to mind that it was a cold and windy day for Floridians. The girls were more than happy to stay in the van with me and watch! (with the heat on of course).
