I created these 3D pictures using Tim Coffey' Foliage Specialty scrapbook paper. I cut different parts of the paper from another piece and used 3D crystal lacquer on different areas to give it depth. I then put those parts on the outside of the frame where they are on the framed pic for a 3D affect. I used some old frames I had on hand and covered one in white tissue paper and the other with paper bag pieces.
