WITCHES BREW
Good any time of the year!

I used to love “Creamsicles”. I couldn't wait for the ice cream man to drive his truck to our neighborhood so I could have one of those little vanilla ice cream bars covered with orange sherbet and eaten off a stick!

This punch captures the “Creamsicles” so closely that you think you are drinking a melted Creamsicle! I have a medium plastic cauldron that I use for a Halloween punchbowl but if I'm making it for a crowd I use my huge plastic cauldron – then I double the recipe to fill the huge cauldron.

I put the leftovers in a tea pitcher or empty milk jug and refrigerate.

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice, chilled
1 (2-liter) bottle orange soda, chilled
Orange sherbet – optional

In punch bowl stir together milk and pineapple juice and then add the orange soda and then add scoops of orange sherbet.

I take this to potluck dinners around the holidays. It isn't necessary but I like to keep things simple so I often mix the juice and condensed milk ahead of time and put it in something that seals like a large piece of Tupperware or even and empty plastic milk jug. (Preferably the plastic milk jug because then I don't have to bring it back home.)

When I'm ready to serve it I just shake the mixture, dump it in the punch bowl and stir in the orange soda and add the sherbet to float on the top.

This layout was made for the cookbook I'm making for my mom for Christmas 2015 (I hope its ready by then!)

It is also my entry for the 5-punch challenge. They are

1. The Martha Stewart Corner Punches (Around the Page)
2. The Martha Stewart Side Punch (Around the Page)
3. Marv Oval for the photo of our granddaughter
4. The punch for the mat on each side of our granddaughter
5. The Martha Stewart Drippy Goo under the title
6. The little square with the bats - think that is a Martha Stewart too but not sure
