DH works 1 or 2 Saturdays a month. Sometimes DD and I spend those days grocery shopping and running errands, but sometimes I try to have fun just the two of us. This day was magical. We woke up and had pancakes, then put on our bathing suits (it was July and really hot out), and went to the local spash pad. We had never been there but she had the BEST time EVER! It was early, but I was still suprised no one else was there. It was kind of nice because I got to let my hair down a bit and played in the water with her...rather than sitting on the sidelines. After about an hour she was happy to be done so we went back home and had a yummy snack and took a bath to wash the chlorine (and snack) off. By then it was nap time and when I brought her to her crib she went donw without a peep. She instantly fell asleep just like this. I am fairly certain that is what angels look like.
