In the last year I lost 55lbs. No crazy diets, just changed my eating habits and spent a lot of time in the gym. I had dropped 45 already and hit a plateau. Then the gym on post did a weight loss challenge at the beginning of the year. $50, all the classes you wanted for 6 weeks, a weekly weigh in and health food potluck lunch. One of the classes I did was cross fit. Wow was it a challenge, and I did some things I never thought I was capable of. In this picture I had just lifted a 90 lb atlas ball!!! I was proud that I did it, but have no intention of ever doing that again! Was worth all the hard work though and I dropped another 10lbs by the end, just in time for my husbands homecoming.
