I made this card using sketch #208 from My Favorite Things Get Sketchy Wednesday Stamp Club. For my card I used the following supplies:

I also used:
Hero Arts Shadow inks; Pale Tomato, Tide Pool, Green Hills
Versamark ink, white embossing powder, dimensional tape and clear sequins.
