A clean and simple card made with the Elle's Studio February kit and Always & Forever stamp set. The heart cluster is stamped slightly off the edge of the adorable tag. I mounted the tag onto Bazzill cardstock and popped it up on foam adhesive over a strip of patterned paper from the Elle's Studio Love You More collection.
