Give a Cheer
All this kids got to hold baby ducks at the farm. They loved it! Actually even the grown ups loved it. There is something about those little fuzz balls that really melts your heart. Pics of the other kids holding the ducks are on my Farm Adventures LO, but I had to do bigger prints of DD's reaction to the ducks. I love the feeling I get when I look at them and how happy she was at that moment. Sometimes we forget how magical it is to be a child. I have a wonderful friend who reminds me (every week) that it is our jobs as parents to keep the magic alive. I really appreciate the reminder. I get so caught up with the "have-to's" aka "I have to do the laundry, I have to wash the dishes, I have to get my car's oil changed..." but with that constant reminder to keep the magic in her life, it keeps the magic in my life too.
