For the banner I used a mixable mini banner
from Clear Scraps which is acrylic and chipboard.
I also added some stamping to the bottom of the V banner.
I used the stamps that came with this months Kit! The O and E
banner I added a coordinating punched border.
I also added some gold stripes using paint on the upper part of the O banner. To add the letters to each banner I traced a tag
I had in my stash. I then added a oval shape and added the letter on top of the oval shape. I outlined each letter using a gold gelato.
