Using a Gelli Plate, Bristol Paper, Brayer, Stencil. These are the basic tools.
One this one, I put down a layer of distress paint (which is very watery) then a crackled stencil with Silks acrylic glaze. Removed the stencil and all those white dots showed up unintentionally. Cool tho...!!!!
