altered wood tile board , Provo craft

I made this in an altered tile board class from now and then scrapbooks . This is a Prvo craft 5x7 tile board with glitter cardstock self adhesive paper. With a 4x6 b&w picture of my son.
2 charms, one that is a heart and the other is a tag that says "creative" , 1 velvet sticker that says "Heaven Sent ". Two Flowers one velvet black the other white. Paint, Black from Making memories and I painted modge podge glossy to glue down the ribbon lower boarder and the 4 rhinestones on the top. I also gave the picture and sticker a light coat.
