Simply color Tissuestock with your favorite colors of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist to create custom specialty tissue that bleeds when spritzed with water. Then, simply apply the colored tissue to wet canvas to create vibrant, shimmery works of art that any parent would be proud to display.
