Paper Smooches Pinked Circles die set was used for the layered "10", blue/white/red Paper Smooches Birthday Words die cuts layered together, adhered with Tombow Mono Multi, layered onto vellum, panel secured with brads. Layered banners are from the Paper Smooches Pinked Circles die set too. A layer of foam was put under the layered pinked circles & patterned paper layer, foam squares are under the banners too, so that they sit at the same height as the sentiment.
