Give a Cheer
Hi Scrappy Friends! Thought I'd share a card I put together for a niece in Texas using some G45 French Country Collection, HOTP Chocolate Dipped Artful Card Kit and an image I printed off my Print Shop program. The two postcards are G45 and the blue/brown background is the HOTP kit. Just did a little distressing on the edges, rolled the corners a bit and that's about it! The "wish" ticket and all three chippies are from my friend Melissa, "Scraphouse", and are originally from Gina's Designs. I just used Gold Metallic paint dabber on the fleur-de-lis and corner and then inked around the edges a bit with TH Black Soot using a Q-tip. The butterfly I originally primered it with white Gesso, then inked the edges with the Black Soot and the center with Tsukineko Chalk Ink in Red Brick. It didn't quite turn out how I wanted it so I went back over the red by getting a Q-tip wet and dabbing it in Perfect Pearls mica powder in Bronze. Then I added some Stardust Stickles to bling it up a bit. The pearl flower shapes are from Scrapbooking by Phyllis and were part of a drawing that I won from her!
