This card started with a piece of grey polka dot paper from the Cienna collection as a base. I used a journaling card from the April kit for my central accent piece and added some embellishments from both the kit and the Cienna collection - choosing a mix of paper, wood and vellum to give a nice variation of textures. I did some messy stitching around the edges of the card to finish it off.
