8th birthday ~ "celebr-8" card

Tall A5 shaker card using Paper Smooches dies and Pretty Pink Posh sequins.
I layered the strips over the patterned paper then I used the largest PS Pinked Circles die to cut out the shaker window. I cut a circle in a sheet of foam to make the well for the sequins (PPP sparkling clear, raspberry & cobalt), adhered the layers in place then added the balloons & sentiment. The balloons are all from the PS Balloons die set, the smiley face is from the PS Big Balloons die set. Some balloons have foam dots for added dimension, they all have cotton threads knotted on as strings. I layered 3 "celebr" letters from the PS Birthday Words die set in cobalt blue then decided they need a white layer so they would stand out better against the patterned paper.
