Picture is of some of the first flowers blooming this spring. For this layout, I tried using some mixed media techniques. I used modeling paste to create the checkers in the corners. Then added clear medium, and some color. I didn't have the prima color bloom sprays, so I used a combination of yellow gelato and prima metallic chalk. I also used white gesso to prime the fence and the letters, and then added prima metallic chalks. Flowers were some paper studio shabby chic flowers. Trim I won as a prize. Metal charms are Jolee's Boutique. Background paper is Authentique.
