This is what's left. Usually make at Christmas but my favorite Uncle had surgery so this was his get well gift. Packaged & shipped priority this morning. These are time consuming. Filling has to be ground cooked & mellowed for 7-10 days. Than you make the cookies & let them mellow a week than frost & let dry for 2 days. Than eaten. They are so good! I've been picking...sooo bad of me!
