I like to exchange postcards with people around the world via the web site Postcrossing. Last week, I received a postcard from a 9 old Postcrossing member in USA. I offered to send a "thank you" postcard to her. The postcard I sent displays Toronto's Casa Loma. This is the postcard protector I made. It protects the Casa Loma image on the postcard from being damaged by the postal sorting machines. I created the dog and the parachute by drawing, cutting, and assembling the pieces together. Before sending it out, I decided to attach a sheet of vellum paper on to protect the artwork.
