I made this card as a sample for Outlawz Greeting Challenge - Mother's Day Card with one flower. When I saw the bonus sketch in the May's Card Sketch Challenge I thought the Blooming Blessings Digi from Deedee's Digis would be perfect. It wasn't coming together because I was trying to do the blocks in different colors so I went back and looked at Karen's (TexasMomof4) sample. I decided I would try that look with the white background and I like it. A little more tweaking here and there and I finally came out with a card I like! The swirls are from the Cricut Calligraphy Collection cartridge. I printed the swirls and then cut them in half and then stuck the two halves together to get the look I wanted. I think I will add yellow stickles in the middle of the flowers to give it a little sparkle.
