I used striped paper for the card base then added the blue. The stars were cut out with my Cricut machine. The circles are bottle cap images printed from the internet, punched out and added to clear round epoxy stickers for a 3D effect. "July 4, 1776"--"HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY"--"The Home of the Brave".
