Penny Black Stencil, Honeycomb
I secured the stencil with 3M Micropore Tape. We used a finger dauber to apply Pistachio ink through the stencil using a tapping motion.

Penny Black The Sweetest Sound
We inked the entire image with Sweet Plum and stamped it onto watercolor paper. We added and changed color by watercoloring with Love Letter, Cantaloupe, Pistachio, and Paris Dusk inks placed on an acrylic block. It was fun to see how the added colors blended with the Sweet Plum to create new colors.
Sentiment:
We stamped the sentiment in black, assembled the card, and added Stickles. The sample card had Grape Stickles on the birds, but when I started to add that when I got home, it didn't come out well. I scraped it off and limited myself to using Crystal Stickles on the branches and Diamond Stickles on the berries. I changed the ribbon/flower embellishment we were given for just the flower.
