Here I scrapped our official photo at Epcot. This is the introductory page for the Epcot section of my album.

Tuesday, September 5. On our second full day at Disney World, we went to Epcot. Since we had had such a fun-packed day and late night at MGM (and had the stress of having one of our neighbors calling in a complaint about us being too loud), I didn't take advantage of the extra magic hour opening time...I let CJ sleep in a bit. She fixed my hair in a bun like hers and let me borrow a necklace just like one she had so that we matched!
The day was slightly overcast, yet it didn't rain, which made for a nice day of riding rides and walking around the World Showcase. We lunched at the Electric Umbrella and dined at the Coral Reef Restaurant at 8:00. The food at the "Reef" was fabulous, as was our waiter, Dave K. We just missed the beginning of the fireworks and laser show, but that experience wasn't a great one - we witnessed a girl not far from us get hit by a flying piece of debris from one of the fireworks. She seemed shaken, but OK. I was glad for that and glad that it hadn't hit CJ instead.
