I made this banner for my nieces bridal shower. It was a Victorian tea party theme. My scrapping friend Gayle helped with this because I only had two days to finish it. Talk about waiting until the last minute. Thank God for her help. The paper flowers are also homemade that are on the mantle. My sisters and I made those.
