An LO of a road trip we took to visit our relatives at the other end of Denmark. In order to cross east-west or vice-versa, one has to cross two bridges across the 'Great Belt' and 'Little Belt' water channels. Since we live in Copenhagen and had to drive to the North-Western end of Jylland, I thought of incorporating the fact via the little car on the road above the strip of 'water'.
The car, traffic light, road sign, road etc are all hand drawn and cut. Lots of stamping, inking and smudging all over the red and blue papers as well as the alphas and the little car. In real life, our car has nothing in common with the colourful, floral yellow 'hippie' type car as depicted on the LO! ;-)
