Give a Cheer
Hmmmm the verdict is still out on this project. I like the squares,but working on how I feel about the bg.I will trust you lovelies out there to tell me what you REALLY think...please! This is an 11x14 canvas. Originally I had a paper bg, but didn't like it. When I pulled the paper off (still wet with Modge Podge) some of the back of the paper stayed on canvas. Those are the darker areas. I used 5 different stencils. Once they dried I inked with TH inks then sprayed with HS color shine, Amethyst & Bronzer until I got the look I think I wanted! I then sprayed it with acrylic to seal it.
The squares are pieces of wood I picked up at Joann & Michaels. Sizes 3x3 & 2x3 inches. All the papers are Blue Fern Studio with different embellies on each one. The different quotes were typed on the computer & printed. This really was fun to create. TFL & have a blessed day! Hugs~Marylou
