World Cruise Page 170 - Bali, Indonesia

Our next stop was an art gallery. It was nice but none of us were interested in purchasing artwork. My knee was really getting a workout today so I didn't walk all the way through. Bill got through before the rest of the group and we found a place to sit which was more of a raised porch or platform inside the gallery and the granite floor was cool on this hot day so Bill just laid down on it and went to sleep. Several of us took pictures of him sleeping in the gallery.

The wood carving place we visited next had some gorgeous pieces! The carvings were really quality work – Will and Nancy bought a very nice piece to take home with them to Michigan.

Bill really liked the carvings that were made to be coffee tables - just add glass on top!

In front was a carving made from a huge tree trunk and roots - beautifully done!
