A few weeks ago my SIL and I took DD to the beach. If you follow me you know that my SIL is a great photographer. She captured this while DD and I were playing and dancing and splashing together. DD is a little over 2+1/2 years old right now and she is just so much fun. Every day is better with her in it.
I had a lot of fun with this LO. I did it for the *JULY* this month only-YOU +twist! Challenge. I used the sketch for the extra twist. Since I knew I had the perfect BG paper I was glad the sketch was simple (I didn't want to cover it up). I made the paper fans by hand; just cut strips of paper, pre-score the folds with even distances, fold them in alternating directions. Then I hot glued the ends together into a ring, put it into a bowl and put a coil of magnetic strip tape on top of it to hold it down, Lastly I put a large glob of hot glue right over/into the center of the circle.
