At least they told you how they harvest the beans before you drank the coffee! I don't think that would bother me - they're washed. It's the job of picking them out and washing them that I wouldn't want!! LOL
It was time to say good-bye to beautiful Bali and make our way back to the ship. We couldn't resist getting just a few more photos when we spotted this beautiful statue not far from the port.
Later we played trivia and we came in first place. Bill and Rud can usually nail the history and geography. Sandy nails the off-the-wall questions and I don't know how she does it! Jack excels in every category - history, literature, movies, theater! I 'm out of my league on this team!
Tonight there were quite a few questions that I could answer but so could everyone else.
Then they asked, “What was discovered in 1922 by Howard Carter?” There was no doubt in my mind – the answer was King Tut's tomb. I love Egypt and have read a lot about King Tut's tomb and even got to go inside it when we were at the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, Egypt in 2010 so I was sure of that one. Bill kept asking me, “Are you sure it isn't Machu Piccu?” but I was positive! And I was right!
