I had some more fun tonight digging through my "hoard"! I started by cutting high quality water color paper and folding it into A2 card size. Then, I used my Prima Texture Tool to rough up the edges of the and and scrape around the outer part of the the surface of the card for a fun textured effect. I spritzed Heidi Swapp Color Shine Pink/Rose all over the card and dried it with my heat tool. Next, I found some old printed scrapbook paper and cut a rectangular piece just smaller than the size of the card, so the edges of the card would frame this paper. Again, I roughed up the edges. I followed that by spritzing Heidi Swapp Color Shine Citron/Limon on my craft mat and dragging the edges of the paper through it to make that cool green edge. Next, I used some cute stencils and Texture Paste to make the butterfly and the flower. I mixed Ken Oliver's Color Burst Lemon Yellow with the paste for the butterfly and embellished it with purple and green Stickles. For the flower, I mixed Ken Oliver's Color Burst Pthalo Green. I love those Color a Bursts!
