So I started this one on watercolor paper and used my prima distressing and texture tool to rough up the edges and the surface of the paper. Then I covered the background of the paper with Distress ink Spray Vintage Photo. After wading through piles of my hoarded scrap paper (LOL), I found one I liked for this card, and cut it in a rectangular shape just smaller than the card, so the arid was like a frame. Using my Ranger blender, I blended some brown ink all around the rectangle after I'd roughed up those edges and inked them. It really gave it a nice antique feel. I got one of my favorite floral stencils and used some texture paste mixed with Heidi Swapp Pink/Rose to make it really stand out in the center of the card.
