For the "rays" I drew a circle on a rectangle shape polka dot paper and ran lines across it to the edges of the paper. I then cut out sections between the rays and added that to the blue paper. I covered that drawn circle with a 3D floral/butterfly sticker. I used black Enamel Accent on the butterfly body and added a jewel to the flower center. This will be used for this months Angel Card Swap. Thanks so much for your visits, comments & votes :o)Ro
