I did this layout for the FLYlady challenge. It was to scrap about what your name means. The journaling reads:

Madeline is derived from the name Magdalene in the Holy Bible.
The Greek meaning comes from the word Magdala, which is a place in Palestine. Magdala means Strong Tower.
I love this name because in my generation, hardly anybody was named Madeline. If I heard the name Madeline I knew they were talking to me, or about me. The only reason I can think that I didn’t like it is because it was such a long name to write.
I think this name was right for me because I am a strong one in hard situations. I’ve had to be strong with the things that I walked through in this life. A tower? Well, my faith has enabled me to run into my tower for safety. The Lord Jesus Christ is my strong tower for protection and vision.
