Technique - Doodling (at least I tried!)

Bling - the wagon wheels don't show up well, but it's there.
This was a COLD spring day in Kentucky. Normally we have 50 - 60 degree weather. It was 45 that day!
I almost forgot - thanks to Jenay23 for the wagon idea. I scraplifted it!!
