This fun lo was made after a long fun filled day. That is all you need is one silly girl, warm water, great bathtub and lots of "BUBBLES". The smile says everything, and I tied her long hair up to keep it from her face. We had water and bubbles all over, but that's ok at Gram's house.
I used my cricut explore to cut the bubble letters, splash time and clock. The rest I made by hand out of those piles of scraps. I used torn stretched cotton balls on the page.
