My dad, at age 5 with his kitty Shadow. The photo isn't great but I love it. One of my sisters looked just like him when she was about that age and I could easily believe that it is her in the photo. My brother's came across this picture a few years ago when we were preparing for Dad's 90th birthday celebration. When Dad saw it, for the first time in many years, he immediately said 'Shadow'. He has many fond memories of that cat so I shouldn't have been surprised.
As soon as I saw the Authentique pp (Devoted line) I knew it had to be scrapped now.
I fussy cut and popped the cat and yarn and then glued some fine yarn on the ball and out to the kitty.
