"The PPP color palette is wonderfully fresh this month, which inspired me to pull my watercolor pencils out! I drew the outlines for the leaves and used the pencils to layer color up, mixing with water along the way. I've combined Finnabair circular stamps and a Bloom stencil, once again, adding color from watercolor pencils." ~Fran Westmoreland
