I upcycled/repurposed a tatter and crumpled 4x6" note pad I found in my desk drawer - creating a place to make lists and keep track of all the holiday craziness. The note pad didn't even have a cover on it. I found everthing I needed in my scrap bin and stash. The checklist and tabs are stamped and fussy cut. this photo shows the tabs I added. TFL
