None of my finished projects turn out the way I imagined..ever! Sometimes that's a really good thing because, they end up being better that expected! This is what I believe happened here, I love that doily! Perfect!!
Well, here we go again....you are so clever. I think it would have broke my heart to cut up that beautiful hanky! Caroline (cardgirl) says it looks just like an envelope. It really is beautiful! Oh by the way, we are having a fabulous times & she is so precious!:)
This card came out nothing like I originally planned (which happens frequently)! I was looking for some lace in my box that I was going to put under another piece of this G45 Botanical Tea collection, when I ran across some hankies I bought at a local antique mall. When I laid it on the paper, I liked it so well I decided to cut a corner off and glued it down. Just added the fussy cut birds from the G45 paper collection, the stamps, a few pearls and rubber stamped the greeting, and that was it! Added a little lace at the top also that I've had in my stash for probably 25 years!
